  4. Very terrible service. Questionable process and close to scam operation. Twice I ordered, twice they failed to deliver with no explanations provided. Please do not trust this online store.

    1. i agree. pinag init nila ang ulo ko kahapon, im following up my order and supposed to be refund but same old response nakuha ko, kaya eto ako ngaun, inis na at gusto ko na bigwasan ang mga tao sa kumpanyang iyan. isoli ninyo pera namin !

  5. The worst shopping site. Sa customers siguro okay sa kanila kasi they can have items for free by purchasing through points. Pero kawawa po mga sellers dito. I was once a seller in this site. But I already closed my shop sa kanila. Sa una, okay naman sila. Pero nung nagtagal, pumangit na.
    Very poor customer service. No one replies to your emails. I ship orders promptly yet they don't settle my payment on time. Just imagine you have to wait 10-15 days para mabayaran ka at mabalik ang puhunan mo tapos made-delay lang? :|
    They put shipped orders into pending status even if you already provided update from the courier and even if the customer already received the item/s at kahit na nagpost na mismo sa message board confirming na na-receive na talaga. They don't contact customers to verify kung na-receive na ba o wala. Ganyan sila katamad. Gusto nila ikaw lahat magtrabaho. Di sila nagbabasa ng updates sa message board basta copy+paste lang ang notifications nila wala silang paki-alam.
    They delete negative comments in their FB page and mark them as spam and block people instead of communicating properly and provide answers. Ang laki2x ng commission nila, up to 10%+15pesos per transaction pero sobrang pangit ang service!
    I already closed my shop dahil sa sakit ng ulo na dulot nila sa akin. Sobrang stressed talaga ako. It's not worth it. Sa mga sellers isip2x muna bago mag-open ng shop dito. Okay lang sila sa umpisa, pero sa katagalan lumalabas na ang tunay nilang kulay!

    ex employee. nsa amin ang items, kami nag shi ship, khit disable na ang shop,di namin tinatanggal ang items,kaya ayun madalas cancel at refund. kasama sa kasinungalingan ng customer service na kunwari wala s amin ang items ng countdown at timesale pero ang totoo ang hallo hallo mall ang me hawak ng items at nag shi ship kaya pwede ninyo talaga sila ireklamo sa DTI. ayoko na kasi ng ginagwang panloloko ng Hallo hallo mall kaya po binibigyan ko ka kayo ng warning.

  8. im an ex employee of hallo hallo mall, there is no such thing as 0% purchased items sa website namin, promotional strategy lang po yun ng boss namin, nilagay lang nila pang akit sa customers pero kapag ang items bumaba na sa 50% automatic na po na ginagwa ng programmers o ng systems namin na kunwari me nag click at nag purchase na pero wala naman talaga :)

  10. mandarambong ang hallo hallo mall, pa ship ako ng pa ship ng mga orders nila sa shop ko pero hindi naman ako binabayaran. mga ulupong na magnanakaw. hindi pilipino ang may ari nito, isang hapon, at indiana na mabaho ang kilikili ng manager nila. wag kayo magpaloko sa mga taga ibang bansa.

  12. iammar should you change it from best to worst :) im reading your blogs for a long time, you should believe to your commenters :) keep up ! anyway my mom ordered here but sadly got the worst customer service, hallo hallo mall is bad. so called tina is a cold hearted bastos to the fact that my mom is 65, she replied very bastos,even received an email without a heart from kai. seems this site is really WORST

I purchased my item last January 6 until now wala pa.. they said stock not available daw so I have to wait for another week but until now wala pa rin.. if you check sa website nila, stock available naman dw yung item.. yung countdown nila puro panloloko lng. pag nabili mo ng mura yung item, they will tell you out of stock naman. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

  18. grabe kung mag drop ng names. pwede ninyo po idemanda ang bawat isa kasi paninirang puri ang ginagawa ng parehong side. nga po pala. napaka buti naman po ninyo na in public pa ninyo pinagsisigawan ang kadumihan ng kumpanya ninyo. sana lang matatalino makabasa nito na either way kung susumahin natin ay Hindi maganda ang kumpanyang hallo hallo mall. this person anonymous ay isang malaking Duwag kung totoo ang sinasabi mo bakit ka nagtatago? at kung sino man yung mention na name dito ag comment ka at ipagtanggol ang sarili mo. anonymous stop pointing finger kasi sa mga totoong may utak. ikaw ang squatter na nagngangawa dito.

Stay away from this company, nako nanakawin lang nila ang pera nyo!!! grrrr kakabwisit I purchased an item through their countdown sale last 2 weeks pa, until now wala parin. they said it's out of stock so i have to wait for another week daw! then nag-research for reviews of their website and almost every website na binibisita ko puro complaints about them.. kaasar! i asked for a refund, they replied na within a week daw they will process it, until now wala pa! grabe and kakapal ng muka lalo ng mga customer service ang babastos sumagot very unprofessional!!!

    1. same here ramon, sent numerous emails but got no response. called their hotline but most of the time no one is answering just ringing and if somebody answers, paulit ulit lanG sasabihin sa iyo na wait and we are processing pa and it comes with first come first served basis po ang reply sa mga complains..WTF talaga. irritating na talaga yung boses lalaki pero Kay ang name na bisor daw duon. no offense sa 3rd sex pero ambobo ng kalahi ninyong ito, onfident sa english niya but to tell you..wrong choice of words and wrong grammar and shit sa pronounciation..what the hell :) sorry na lang pero saan kaya nila napupulot mga tao nila

  20. got free points, then i saw this item, ordered and paid the rest with my paypal. after waiting for 3weeks they cancelled my order,blocked my account,never returned my paypal payment. I GOT SCAMMED by this so called HALLO HALLO MALL. Spread the news !

  21. my gosh i checked all hallo hallo mall reviews and 99% complains only 1%is saying that they are satisfied and worst according to other posts, hallo hallo mall has a team who are using other names (identity theft) para ipagtanggol o pabanguhin ang site nila, and this comes from their ex-employees like joanne,che and shie na lahat raw po sila nag awol dahil di masikmura ang pinagagawa ng management ng hallo hallo mall aka mediawars aka circus. sana pala nagbasa muna ako ng feedbacks sa kumpanyang ito bago ako nag order. anyway, me and a lot of victims already wrote to dti. salamat po kaibigang jeff sa tulong ninyo,buo ang loob ko na maipapasara natin ang waang kuwentang manunubang website na ito.   22. Hello po in fairness sa hallohallomall nung una ok naman at narerecib ko mga orders ko. Kaya lang talagang inaabot ng 2 weeks. Which dahil alam ko maraming verification process dahil di scam. Pero lately aba 3 weeks na inaabot. kung di ka pa magemail ng reklamo mukhang wala plano iship and order ko. At eto pa 3 weeks na, saka sasabihin walang stock yung isa. Nagpost sila tapos wala pala stock? sa countdown sale yun ha. At nanotice ko pa dahil taga province cguro ako, kapag ang item ay free shipping at sakto lang sa points ko laging deny. lalo yung mga below 500 items. Siguro ayaw nila gumastos sa shipping. And the reason pala why napunta ako dito is nagsearch ako sa google "is hallohallomall about to close?" pano naman pansin ko puro damit, accessories na lang paninda. Halos wala na yung big items. Ano kaya talaga reason bakit mukhang palugi naman. Wala na kasing thrill...dami maraming cellphone ngaun mga damit na lang na kunwari mahal pero parang nakita ko sa mga tindahan ng tag 100 lang.

They emailed me and told me it was fraud, and I need to send some requirements to justify that I have the right to use the credit card. I send 3 ids of my friend and also the credit card photo as well (but I covered the security code at the back). I though it was ok, so I was excited for the tablet that I ordered.

    I check sites and reviews and found out that there are so many customers who are not refunded. so I keep on waiting now, what should I do?

  27. I was expecting these items yesterday since according to their Order
    Confirmation Email that Items are expected to arrive within 2 to 7
    working days or more depending on the shown shipping period on the
    item information chosen by the seller. And just to let you know those
    items I've chosen don't have IMPORTANT NOTES (saying shipping period
    is 2 to 30 days, excluding holidays or it will be coming from U.S.) .
    So, I sent a message to each (I purchased 4 items) to make a follow up on the order following those steps indicated in their Order Confirmation email.

    They've indicated there too, that all items being sold on their website
    is with the respective sellers. But I'm a bit confused receiving the
    same answers quoted below

    "Dear ______

    Good Day,

    Thank you for choosing Countdown Shop for your purchase!

    Please be advised that my shipping period is between 2 to 30 days,
    excluding holidays.
    I apologize if I won`t be able to ship your item right away as I do
    not keep stock with me to avoid having "bad stock". Thus, I still have
    to wait for the delivery from my supplier before I can ship it out to
    you.

    Rest assured that I'm always doing the best I can to deliver the
    orders placed on my shop at the fastest possible time. Thank you in
    advance for your patience & understanding.

    Thank you!"

    What's happening? Aren't they consistent with their time frame? They
    should have indicated when to ship the item BEFORE they TAKE the
    payment so the customers know when and what to expect before they
    pay.

    So there’s no guarantee when these items will arrive because these
    items are supposed to be a birthday gift.

    This is an inconvenience! Nobody replied to me since then. Maybe you can.
